Description
7" (18 cm.) l. by 7 1/2"h x 5 1/2"d. The square-shaped radio with ochre finish is designed to appear as the cottage of the seven dwarfs; a dimensional colorful scene of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs highlights the front of the radio, four standing aside her, two peeking from the window (which also serves as the speaker) and one hiding behind the window shutter. The name "Emerson" is impressed on the window frame, as are the radio dials, and there are two acorn-shaped dials as well as a jewel in Snow White's skirt which lights up when the radio is turned on. Excellent condition, functioning. The radio, model Q236, was issued by Emerson in 1939 under license from Disney.
