Description
18" (46 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with black sculpted hair having center-part and arranged scalloped curls around the forehead, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lower lashes, red upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pert expression, muslin body, porcelain lower limbs, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, tiny flake on upper right eye rim. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: rare glass eyes on the early porcelain lady.
