29" (74 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, slightly modeled brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: L 1/2 made in German 15 1/2 146. (head) Excelsior Germany (torso). Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: lovely bisque, original body and body finish.
