14" (36 cm.) Composition socket head on wooden neck socket, painted brown forelock curl, painted large blue side-glancing eyes, pug nose, closed mouth with rosebud-shaped lips, firmly stuffed muslin torso, composition arms and legs, sculpted brown boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Skippy c. P.L. Crosby. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: the wide-eyed chap wears original khaki uniform and cap.
