Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, very plump cheeks, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, pretty antique costume of dotted Swiss, undergarments, leather shoes, silk bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 16 x. Comments: Kestner, circa 1882. Value Points: pretty wide-eyed child with lovely luminous complexion on closed mouth child, original body and body finish.
