20" (51 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with sienna-brown complexion, painted black hair with defined forelock curl, brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted black lashes, black brush-stroked brows with feathered details, pierced nostrils, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, composition five-piece baby body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish with some scuffing. Marks: Germany F.S & Co. 1255/45. Deponiert. Comments: Franz Schmidt, circa 1912. Value Points: rare brown complexion with luminous finish, well-painted details.
