9" (23 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, large blue painted side-glancing eyes, painted upper lashes, "O" shaped mouth, black felt cap under elaborate lace coiffure, jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (cloth and paper label). Comments: Lenci, 1930s. Value Points: wearing elaborate original folklore costume of Normandy with traditional coiffe, shawl and apron.
