Description
16" (41 cm.) All-composition doll with socket head, hazel sleep eyes, painted features, real lashes, open mouth, four teeth, dimpled cheeks, blonde mohair wig with ringlet curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: very good, hair a bit mussed, eyes faded. Marks: Shirley Temple (head and torso) 16 (torso). Comments: Circa 1935. Value Points: wearing blue polka dot dress, undergarments, shoes and socks, the doll is presented in Ideal wardrobe trunk for Shirley with various film stickers, along with other untagged costumes including three-piece ski set, blue and white romper suit and bonnet, red corduroy coat with polka dot lining and embroidered flowers, pink pinafore, and a navy blue dotted Swiss dress with white ruffled collar.
