17" (43 cm.) Terra cotta head turned to the side and downward, sculpted brown hair waved loosely from her face into a coiled chignon with curls onto her nape, enamel eyes with heavy eyelids, rose blushed eye shadow, arched brows, closed mouth, hemp-wrapped body, terra cotta hands and feet with exquisite sculpting of fingers and toes, silk costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Neapolitan, early 1800s. Value Points: exceptional beauty of face, exquisite sculpting of fingers and hair.
