School Middy Uniform Worn by Shirley Temple in the 1938 Film "Little Miss Broadway"

Comprising a sleeveless dress with simple cotton sateen bodice above a navy blue woolen skirt. With white cotton twill middy blouse with long sleeves and having detachable navy blue cuffs and a navy blue middy collar, and with blue silk scarf. The dress and jacket are both studio labeled 13805 Temple. Included are two vintage photographs of Shirley Temple wearing the costume. The costume was worn by Betsy (Shirley Temple) in the 1938 film "Little Miss Broadway" in the opening scene at Madrey Orphanage as Shirley leads the school chorus and orchestra in singing "Be Optimistic and Smile".
