5" (13 cm.) One piece all-bisque figural depicting a downward-glancing Kewpie riding a toy elephant with red circus blanket and faux-pin jointed legs, mounted upon a green bisque base. Marked Germany on base. Germany, circa 1920, this is an original model of the riding Kewpies that were re-issued ten years ago. Excellent condition.
