Description
24" (61 cm.) h. 18"l. A glass-front stage is mounted upon a wooden base and is surmounted by carved wooden towers. The base and towers are decorated with painted glass and applique colored tinsel, as is the decorative frame of the stage. Inside the stage is a staired arrangement with mirrored back with further rich decorations, upon which are arranged three carved figures. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Eastern European, late 1800s. Value Points: rare relic with exuberant decorations, well-preserved.
