13"l. trunk. A wooden doll trunk with red canvas cover and black leather strap decorations has domed top and iron handles, opens to paper-lined interior with lift-out tray, and has original paper label of prestige Parisian store of Maison Alphonse Giroux. Included is a large collection of antique undergarments of particular use for lady-bodied dolls of various sizes, viz. 10 short chemisettes, 16 chemises, 2 full slips, 22 petticoats,3 corsets, and 8 pantalets. Mid/late 19th century.
