The tinplate carriage has painted cream and rose background with gold garlands and borders,filigree crest at the foot board,original silk folding sunshade,four cream spoked wheels,gilt metal handle with wooden grip. With original Maerklin stamp on the underside and "Germany". Seated in the carriage is an all-bisque one-piece child with brown glass eyes,closed mouth,mohair wig,and wearing antique costume,and holding tiny all-bisque doll with beautifully-painted face. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1900.
