19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass deep paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Dep 8. Comments: Simon and Halbig for the French market, circa 1900. Value Points: lovely bisque on the closed mouth doll, original body and body finish, pretty antique costume.
