Pressed bisque socket head, dark blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve-blushed eye shadow, brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth, outlined and shaded lips, dimpled chin, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 9. Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1882. Value Points: appealing wistful model of the desirable size 9 Bebe Triste, with beautiful antique burgundy velvet costume and bonnet, leather boots.
