17" (43 cm.) All-composition with socket head, sleep eyes, open mouth, four teeth, blonde mohair wig, jointing at shoulders and legs. Marks: Shirley Temple 17 (head and torso). Comments: Ideal, circa 1935. Value Points: rare size to find, the doll owns four original dresses: blue pleated organdy dress (with original tag), red cotton dress from "Littlest Rebel", smock dress from "Captain January", and sheer shadow print dress.
