Description
16" (41 cm.) Solid domed paper mache shoulder head with painted facial features, black painted pate under original brunette hand-tied wig, pink kid fashion body with shapely torso, mitten hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1850, the doll wears its original handwoven gown (with interesting old repairs), apron, lace cap, undergarments, and old leather slippers.
