19" (48 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of slender-faced lady with elongated throat, black sculpted hair loosely waved behind her ears and formed into full poufs at the crown and sides that are held by a wide hair band, with ringlet curls at the back, painted pale blue upper-glancing eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, angular nose, closed mouth, muslin body with porcelain lower limbs. Condition: generally excellent, few chips on shoes and fingers. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: beautiful heart-shaped face accentuated by delicate feathering around the face, lovely antique costume.
