13" (33 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with ebony-black complexion, brown glass inset eyes, painted black lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very full coral lips, pierced ears, black fleecy wig, Sonneberg composition and wooden ebony-black fully jointed body with straight wrists, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Sonneberg, circa 1885. Value points: especially beautiful face with flawless complexion.
