Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,narrow blue glass enamel inset eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,brunette human hair wig over cork pate,French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at elbows,hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 3 (head and shoulders) F.G. (shouldes). Comments: Gaultier,circa 1865. Value Points: the classic model poupee by Gaultier has lovely bisque and painting and is wearing lovely antique costume of silk and black lace with beaded accents,black woven bonnet with floral trim,undergarments,fancy leather ankle boots marked C.C.
