Description
9" (23 cm.) Each has amber-tinted bisque socket head, side-slant brown glass inset eyes, black painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, black mohair wig, amber-tinted composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 3/0 Germany 1129. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: very fine lustrous patina on the deeply sculpted features, (frail) factory-original silk costumes.
