16" (41 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with sculpted and painted facial features to portray a pouty-faced young boy, painted grey/blue eyes, closed mouth with down-turned corners, deeply impressed details around the eyes, brunette mohair wig, kid pin-jointed body, bisque forearms, wearing original sailor costume and short pants. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 214 K*R. Comments: the shoulder head version of K*R 114 art character model Hans, circa 1910, with very fine quality of modeling, the little sad boy holds an early brown woolen toy horse on metal frame with wooden wheels.
