11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head with sculpted baby bonnet having quilted design with outlined cording, sculpted short curls at forehead and sides of face, small blue intaglio eyes, white eye dots, black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, composition bent limb baby body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (in square) 8649 (a bit illegible so ?) Germany 1. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare bonnet head model with wonderfully detailed fabric pattern on cap.
