12" (30 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of lady with sculpted blue scarf draped over her head and bodice, with sculpted tumbling blonde curl framing her face, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, old muslin body, bisque lower limbs, painted blue ankle boots with purple and black trim, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, hairline on left arm. Marks: 894 # 2. Comments: Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1880. Value Points: charming petite size of the desirable model, this example having original body with fancily painted boots.
