11" (28 cm.) Honey-toned wax shoulder head, painted blue eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, blonde fleeced wig, carton upper torso and hollow lower body as candy container, and covered by organdy communion dress, muslin upper arms, wax hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1890. Value Points: wearing original well-detailed communion costume; and having hidden candy container base.
