13" (33 cm.) Bisque socket head with flattened solid dome, dark blue glass spiral-threaded eyes, dark upper eyeliner, long painted curly lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, ears pierced into head, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully jointed body, straight wrists, blonde mohair wig, ivory silk and lace dress, undergarments, socks and shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Sonneberg, mystery maker, circa 1885. Value Points: delicate pale bisque with soft blushing contrasts the rich dark blue eyes, original body and body finish.
