10" (25 cm.) Bisque socket head, tiny blue glass sleep eyes, delicately painted lashes, short single stroke brows, closed mouth with impish smile, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 550 A 3/0 M DRGM. Comments: Marseille, circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful expression on the petite smiling child with deeply-impressed dimples in cheeks and lip corners, fine luminous complexion.
