19" (48 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with elaborately sculpted hair in arranged curls around the face and a double-braided coronet at the crown, painted facial features, large blue eyes, closed mouth, pierced ears, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms, wonderful antique gown, undergarments, leather shoes with shop name "Thorngreen". Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 185-6. Comments: Kling, circa 1885, very beautiful doll with maker's mark and fine costume.
