20" (51 cm.) The maitrise cabinet of finest rosewood veneers has bombe shaped front and sides that center a curved glass front door and two side glass walls,with heavy bronze frame,feet and crest in elaborately scrolled and garland designs. The cabinet interior is lined on all walls with floral-brocade silk in shades of rose,cream and moss green,and there are two plate glass shelves. Excellent condition. French,mid-19th century in the Louis XVI manner,outstanding workmanship and materials.
