11" (28 cm.) Paper mache socket head, painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eyeshadow, painted lashes closed mouth with bow-shaped lips, brunette mohair wig, muslin body with jointing at shoulders and hips, celluloid hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Fabrication Francaise Poupees Magali Marque Deposee Nice (original paper label on lid). Comments: circa 1935. Value Points: the doll wears original traditional costume of Nice, and has original box lid with label.
