Description
8" (20 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, peg-jointed bisque arms and muscular-shaped legs with dainty ankles, painted white ribbed stockings with pink ties and sculpted grey ankle boots with black tassels and little heels, blonde mohair wig, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, tiny flake at stringing hole of left leg. Comments: Germany, circa 1880, attributed to Kestner. Value Points: very beautiful large all-bisque doll in rare painted boots.
