7 1/2" (19 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, painted light brown hair with forelock detail, sculpted blue side-glancing googly eyes, painted curly upper lashes, one-stroke angled brows, accented button-shaped nose, closed mouth with bow-shaped lips, composition bent limb baby body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5/0 D 9589 Heubach (square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare little model with wonderful curious wide-eyed expression.
