12" (30 cm.) All-latex-composition with swivel head, toddler style torso and limbs, jointing at shoulder and hips, painted facial features which depict a smiling child, brown painted eyes with black upper eyeliner, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled as though open with wide beaming smile and painted double row of teeth, light brown human hair wig, original dress, undergarments, shoes and socks. Condition: generally excellent, tiny spec on nose. Marks: Dewees Cochran AA 3 52 (head and torso). Comments: Dewees Cochran from her studio dolls "look-alike" series, the doll named Helen, circa 1952. Value Points: rare early Dewees Cochran studio doll with signature, wonderful expression, original costumes and shoes.
