Description
7 1/2" (19 cm.) h. vitrine. The gilded ormolu display cabinet with beveled edge windows on the door, top and two sides, has tufted silk back and floor and ormolu feet and fancy crest. Along with bronze cabinet with hinged top and garland designs marked "Depose 263", a bronze trefoil cabinet with shapely legs marked "Depose 397"; and a three-footed brass display box with oval glass top, rose twill silk siding, and tufted rose silk interior having etched message on the lid "To Lexie from Louisa". Excellent condition. French, late 1800s.
