Description
13" (33 cm.) Each has bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain upper teeth, brunette mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed flapper body with elongated slender legs that are jointed above the knee, wearing matching costumes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: JDK 260 made in Germany. Comments: Kestner, circa 1917. Value Points: wonderful pair of sister twins, virtually unplayed with, having original flapper style bobbed wigs, and slender flapper era bodies.
