Description
24" (61 cm.) Solid domed paper mache head, sculpted short curly hair, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, open mouth with smiling expression, impressed dimples, two porcelain lower teeth, tongue, jersey stockinette body, composition hands. Condition: very good, split at side of head, two baby fingers missing. Marks: 298. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1920s. Value Points: the laughing character is rare to find, wears original organdy gown and bonnet.
