Description
20" (51 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with elongated throat, brown sculpted hair waved behind the sculpted ears into a generous cascade of arranged curls, topknot with black sculpted bow, painted facial features, blue upper glancing eyes, closed mouth, muslin body, bisque forearms, paper mache lower legs with painted boots, antique green woolen costume. Condition: head excellent, bisque upper arms damaged, body probably not original. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1870, a very rare model with beautiful expression and bisque, featured highly in many Legoland booklets.
