Bisque shoulder head with plump face,cobalt blue glass eyes,dark eyeliner painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with pale outlined lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,kid body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees,kid-over-wooden upper arms and legs,bisque arms to above the elbows,sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent,left index finger restored. Marks: E 1 Depose B. Comments: Blampoix,the depose refers to his registered system of glass eyes,with bisque head supplied by Barrois as indicated by markings,circa 1858. Value Points: charming petite size child poupee with beautiful bisque arms,lovely antique coral silk costume,undergarments,shoes,stockings,with little lamb,and carrying two faux-ivory fans with hand-painted designs,one lettered "Bonne Fete" and the other "Heureuse Annee".
