Description
5 1/2" (14 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, brilliant cobalt blue glass enamel eyes, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with slightly smiling expression, blonde mohair wig in long braid, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs with painted stockings, blue heeled ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent, little flake at back rim of right leg. Comments: French, circa 1882. Value Points: especially pretty smiling face, fine quality of bisque, nice antique silk costume.
