Wearing white organdy dress with pale pink organdy pinafore, lace trim, panties, blue socks, side-snap shoes, fitted lace cap, presented in woven basket with pillow, pink and white checkered pajamas, curls and comb, and with original Alexander-Kins paper wrist label.
