Bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted short curly lashes, single-stroke angled brows, rounded nose tip with accented nostrils, closed mouth with full lips in wistful expression, center accent line between the shaded lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Simon & Halbig S&H 1. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1910. Value Points: the rarity of the model is rivaled by its superb wistful expression, finest quality bisque and painting, factory-original rose cotton twill dress and bonnet, with undergarments, rose socks, leather shoes.
