Having firm-sided base with original canvas and leather cover and brass stud trim,and with working lock and key,below the attached carpet-bag canvas top with striped design,brass frame,and braided-leather handles. Generally excellent. French,circa 1875,the sac du voyage is extremely rare to find especially in this size.
