Description
Of black silk, the loosely-shaped gown has generously-puffed sleeves, open front, V-shaped bodice appearing as a wide Bertha collar with lace appliques and bands of lace ruffles, further lace ruffles at the sleeves, and bands of scalloped self ruffles at the hem. Excellent condition. Circa 1875.
