Of fine lustrous silky brown velvet with patterned floral designs, the jacket features pagoda-style sleeves and a shorter back bodice with extended length front. Fully-lined with bronze gold silk, the jacket is trimmed with chenille velvet edging and extended chenille tassels with black prismatic bead clusters. Excellent condition. Late 1800s.
