9" (23 cm.) h. chairs. Comprising a pair of balloon-back arm chairs and round table with pedestal base,the gracefully-shaped wood frames finished in a rich gold leaf,the chairs are upholstered in blue silk with luxurious button-tufting,and the table has a matching blue silk cover with hand-painted floral designs,and bordered by a blue silk fringe. Excellent condition. French,circa 1870. Outstanding luxury ensemble in wonderfully-preserved condition.
