Description
15" (38 cm.) All-celluloid doll, solid domed socket head, painted light brown baby hair with forelock curls, large aqua blue painted side-glancing eyes, painted lashes, closed mouth, five-piece toddler body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, from the firm's Prosperity Baby series, late 1930s. Value Points: the wide-eyed character is wearing original labeled gown, and is presented in original bassinette with red plaid fittings and which also has a Lenci label.
