7" (18 cm.) seated. 9"l. lying down. Each is one piece all bisque figure of baby in playful pose, one seated with uptilted head, counting his toes; the other lying on back with thumb to mouth, and playing with his toes, each with excellent detail of facial characterization, artfully painted features of hair, face and costume. Gebruder Heubach sunburst mark. Excellent condition. Heubach, circa 1910.
