Description
10" (25 cm.) h. 9 1/2"l. The firm-sided narrow bed with curved high foot and headboards, silver-ball tipped foot pillars, and high head pillars which support a wooden curved canopy with scalloped rim. The entire frame and canopy are covered with embroidered silk designs, and with blue silk brocade lining the canopy. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Continental, late 1700s. Value Points: fine miniature canopy bed with exquisite detail of embroidery.
