4" (10 cm.) Each is all-bisque with swivel head, glass eyes, closed mouth, painted features, mohair wig, including girl with cobalt blue eyes, and having rare body with jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, bare feet, antique costume. And brown-eyed girl with jointing at shoulders and hips, and rare mustard-yellow painted stockings and two-strap shoes, with antique costume. Condition: generally excellent except restoration to torso of blue-eyed girl. Comments: Germany, circa 1890. Value Points: dainty little pair with rare features including jointed elbows and knees on one, unusual stocking color on other.
